Chart notes
FONDLY tracked on the inside, moved up along the rail on the turn, then was in tight and steadied nearing the quarter pole, angled out entering the stretch, rallied three wide, closed willingly, charged to the front and won going away. CRAWFORD stalked close up three wide, bid two wide on the turn, dueled into the stretch, dug in gamely in the lane and held for second. MEURSAULT raced off the pace inside, moved up inside on the turn, steadied in traffic near the quarter pole, angled out at the top of the lane and rallied mildly outside in th stretch. SUNSET EXPRESS set the pace on the inside, dueled past the quarter pole, weakened and held for fourth. HEY COOKIE stalked two wide early, chased inside on the turn, between rivals at the quarter pole and closed belatedly. SMOOTHLY raced three wide off the pace, chased three wide on the turn and tired. CEASE FIRE raced off the pace between rivals, chased between on the turn and faded. RED HOT CATALINA raced off the pace and failed to respond when asked.
