Chart notes

SEA DANCER , under a firm hold while forwardly placed towards the inner rail, took closer order while still well in hand past the half, awaited room exiting the far turn then eased outside a fading rival approaching the five sixteenths, shifted back in and snuck through to the inside of HEADLINE NUMBERS to draw on near even terms, emerged in a duel when set down soon into the stretch, asserted herself leaving mid stretch and pulled away under left handed asking. HEADLINE NUMBERS led early then rated back off an outer foe mid way around the first turn, shifted out then edged up in hand to shadow the leader through the backstretch run, took over in hand near the three eighths, was hooked from her inside and called upon with a quarter mile remaining, battled gamely outside the winner to mid stretch, failed to match strides from there but kept on with good effort. BAILINTIN , three wide stalking the pace, challenged exiting the far turn, chased the dueling leaders while three to four wide in upper stretch, could not go on with them then faded through the final furlong. SWEET HEIDELBERG , off last when breaking awkwardly and to the outside, corrected and was hustled up outside foes to take over around the first turn, dropped in to set the pace through the backstretch run, ceded to HEADLING NUMBERS near the three eighths while under some hand asking, dropped back and was eased through the final furlong.
