Chart notes
SKIP THE LINE vied two wide and between horses, cleared off under his own power with five furlongs to go, drew off in hand in the two path around the far turn, came under a drive leaving upper stretch and widened under strong handling. BRILLIANT CALL lacked speed in the four to two path, shifted out to the four path in upper stretch and moved up to gain place in the final furlong. PUCKSTER pursued from midpack along the inside, advanced two wide around the far turn to gain place passing the five sixteenths pole, but hung on his left lead and tired. LA BOUCANE vied for the lead inside of a pair of rivals around the first turn, failed to keep pace with his most immediate counterpart with five furlongs to go then steadily faded. ROSENOW prompted three deep early on, but failed to sustain pressure with five furlong to go and weakened around the far turn. RAYFIELD raced off of the pace in the three to five path into the backstretch, but was done early and eased turning for home.
