Chart notes
CASA JUANITA broke outwardly at the break, set a pressured pace on the inside and kicked clear leaving the turn and then maintained a safe margin to the wire to prove best under a drive. LUMINOUS SECRET was four wide into the first turn, then rated along three to four wide on the backstretch, moved in to be two wide entering the far turn and then dropped to the inside on the turn, swung out four wide leaving the turn and rallied well. BUTTER BEE QUICK had an awkward break and was bumped, settled on the outside and made a four wide run on the far turn and came five wide into the lane and finished well late but needed more. QUERCUS pressed the pace three to two wide and came three wide into the lane and faded in the drive. QUALIFIED HIRE tracked the pace along the inside and fell back entering the far turn and got out leaving the three eighths marker, then was corrected and moved back in and tired. This race had a timing discrepancy or malfunction and was re-timed using video technology to arrive at the most accurate time.
