Chart notes
STAR ANISE set the pace inside of a pressing rival and in the two path, led from that bidder around the far turn, but got headed by her and a wider challenger in upper stretch, fought on into the final furlong, battled back to reclaim an advantage in the final sixteenth and edged ahead. ASH WEDNESDAY pressed outside of the leader while tugging in the four path into the backstretch, issued a bid in the three path around the far turn, led as an outer rival launched a challenge in upper stretch, but failed to contain her inner counterpart's rebid in the final furlong then held place. MISCHIEF LILY tracked two wide, stalked closest to the top pair around teh far turn before tipping outside of them to take aim from the four path entering the lane, ranged up to bid in upper stretch, dueled into the final furlong, but hung and yielded late. DARING HOPE brushed with an inner rival at the start, pursued from midpack in the two path, chased in the four path around the far turn and failed to threaten. PROMDATEBONNIE broke a beat slow, lacked speed in the two path, swung out to the six path into the lane and moved up willingly. WAYZATA broke a step slow and brushed with an outer rival at the start, saved ground well back, encountered traffic in the four to five path in upper stretch, tipped out in midstretch and lacked a bid. KAZILLION stalked along the inside and faded around the far turn. LYNNA broke a step slow while last away, checked slightly into the first turn while racing off of the pace along the inside, took the far turn in the three path and failed to factor. CHEVAL B tracked in the two path, chased around the far turn and faded. TRUST FUND BABY was outrun in the three path.
