Chart notes
RADAR ALERT crowded in squeezed back at the start, recovered around the first turn, under a snug hold moved up with ease three wide to contest the pace into the far turn, put to drive leaving the furlong marker, held clear under very strong handling through the wire. LAWYER UP RILEY bore in start impeding inside rival, bumped another foe while a bit erratic leaving the gate, settled in well off the vying leaders down the back stretch, shifted out three deep turning into the lane, closed the gap willingly for the place. ARTWELL vied two deep leaving the first turn, contested the pace between runners into the far turn, unable to match strides with the top pair leaving the sixteenth marker, chased on settled third. COSTNER very slow into stride, five wide trip around far turn and into the lane, put to task upper, flattened out to the wire. IN THE CHASE off to a clean start, vied inside leaving the club house turn, under pressure around the far turn, gave way through the lane. NO TIME TO BOOGIE bumped at the break, in tight along the rail headed to first turn, lacked speed down the backside, came up empty late. There was a jockey's objection in this race, the rider of NO TIME TO BOOGIE claimed four against the rider of LAWYER UP RILEY for interference after the start, after the stewards review the result stood official no change.
