Chart notes
GRAN ANDREWS broke very slow, unhurried around the first turn, inched up four deep down the backside, three wide in striking distance nearing the sixteenth pole, collard the leader while racing on the wrong lead, all out prevailed late. OZONE vied around the first, when SMOOTH RICO backed off leaving the first turn, set a wicked solo pace well off the rail into the far turn, leader turning into the lane, had trouble switching leads in upper stretch, under a drive swapped over to the correct lead late, gave in grudgingly. AL LOVES JOSIE chased three wide leaving the quarter pole, roused on four deep into the lane, racing on the wrong lead finished evenly under the wire. THE KHOZAN ONE ground saving trip from off the pace, no late gain. SMOOTH RICO vied around the first turn, rated back off the leader leaving the half mile marker, chased into the second bend, gave way through the lane.
