Chart notes
WINGS LIKE EAGLES challenged on the front end, drove clear down the home stretch and won handily. BEULAH K lacked early speed, moved up on the outside around the second turn, angled to the inside down the lane, proved no match for the winner, but got up for second. COAL DANCER raced within contention, was close throughout and got caught late for second. BABY JANE raced within striking distance, saved ground around the final turn, made a mild bid, but was no factor. MY IDEA lacked early speed, showed late interest, but was no threat. HIGH DONNA vied for the early lead, saved ground and faded. WORLD OF HURT raced evenly near the back, saved ground around the second turn and was never close. CHARGED UP ROSE pressed the early pace and made a steady retreat. DR. BOO always raced near the back and was outrun.
