Chart notes
NORWICH transferred contact from an outer foe to an inner rival at the start, dueled with an outer rival early on, took the far turn in the two path as the battle continued, disposed of his outer companion as an inner BATTLEOFLEXINGTON issued a challenge entering the lane, dug in and clung to an advantage through upper stretch, repelled that rival's bid in the final furlong and drove clear. BATTLEOFLEXINGTON brushed an inner rival leaving the gate, tracked along the inside, stalked closer to the embattled leading pair around the far turn, slipped through to offer a rail bid entering the lane, but was turned away in the final furlong then narrowly saved place at the wire. TOSCANO was brushed by an outer foe soon after the start, laid off of the pace along the inside, advanced two wide and between rivals turning for home, tipped three wide into the lane, drifted wider in upper stretch yet ran on to just miss place at the wire. RIVER RIDGE pursued from midpack two wide, then along the inside around the far turn and chased evenly. CLOUD FOREST raced off of the pace in the four path while under constant urging, chased in the five path into the lane and lacked a bid. MAX IS G MONEY sparred for the lead outside of the eventual winner, then in the three path around the far turn, but faded while drifting four wide entering the lane. GOROSTIETA'S LOVE trailed in the three to two path and made little impact. CONCENTRATION prompted outside of the top pair early on, chased them into the backstretch, then weakened between horses around the far turn and was eased through the lane.
