MOODY JIM (IRE) dropped back and trailed in the opening stages, moved to the inside, exited the turn in the two path then angled out at the top of the stretch, closed in fast, stormed to the front past the sixteenth pole and drove clear. COUNT OF AMAZONIA (IRE) bobbled leaving the gate, raced near the back on the inside, moved into the two path on the turn but lacked room behind rivals near the quarter pole, cut back to the inside, rallied between rivals midstretch and got up for second. DON'T SWEAR DAVE bumped outer rival in the beginning, chased two wide into the turn, between foes at the five-sixteenths pole, three deep into the lane, rallied into the final furlong, got put in tight at the sixteenth pole, shook off the trouble and kept on to gain second. HACKING IT UP settled along the inside, crept closer around the turn, tipped out into the lane, bid three deep in upper stretch, put a head in front midstretch, then got outkicked by the top trio late. NERO TULIP (GB) pressed from outside up the backstretch, chased the leader from the two path around the bend, re-bid in upper stretch but flattened out in the late stages. DEVIL BE ME took a bump leaving the gate, traveled outside a rival towards the rear, navigated the turn two then three wide, swung six wide into the lane and improved position. THIRTY FOUR COUPE chased along the inside under coaxing, moved into the two path around the bend, had the rider lose his crop past the quarter pole and weakened under hand urging. DONCIC set the pace up the backstretch under pressure, cleared outer rival with three furlongs remaining, saved ground to the stretch, took pressure in upper stretch and caved once overtaken past the eighth pole. JETOVATOR chased outside a rival early, took an awkward step approaching the five-sixteenths pole, guided out while not being persevered with on the turn, eased in the lane and walked off.
