Chart notes
UNCLE CHINITO roused on inside leaving the chute, dueled inside leaving the quarter pole, shook free from outside rival nearing the eighth pole, accelerated quickly leaving the sixteenth pole, drew off driving through the wire. PORK CHOP PETE broke step slow, recovered leaving the chute to chase three deep leaving the quarter pole, rail bid leaving the furlong marker, chased on to no avail, second best at the wire. CAJUN JOE chased the pace inside leaving the quarter pole, knifed between runners driving into the lane, finished willingly through the wire. CORRELATION off the pace and off the rail into the turn, shifted out four wide turning for home, evened out through the final sixteenth. BERTRAM FLIGHT raced off the pace and inside, had no late kick. BIGZ'S CABANA BOY sent hard away from the chute, dueled outside into the turn, steady fade through the lane. OPTIMISTIC NATE very slow away from the gate, never factored.
