Chart notes
BIG BUCKSALOT opened a clear lead shortly away from the gate, maintained that advantage while well in hand on the turn, kicked away in upper stretch while drifting out and held well without being seriously threatened late. ROTARY DIAL chased the winner from the inside through the turn, angled wide turning for home, continued to carryout rival through the lane while finishing willingly. BOURBON AND ICE tracked the leader while four wide through the turn, rallied turning for home, was carried well out through the lane by the runner-up and finished up as best of the rest while unable to gain on the top pair. ONE RED CENT stalked the pace from five wide to the quarter pole and finished evenly lacking a closing kick. THE RED MAN saved ground through the turn while racing mid-pack and failed to mount a bid. ROYAL AIR FORCE broke a step slow to be at the back and never menaced. GILLIGAN was not a threat. VOORHEES trailed down the backside, made a mild bid on the turn and flattened out.
