Chart notes
STIFLING HEAT set the pace while clear on the inside, then was well handled on the turn and came two wide off the bend and remained clear by the furlong marker and held sway late to prove best under a drive. BRIGHT CHARGER bumped at the break, settled early and advanced two wide on the turn and moved out by the quarter pole and swung out six wide leaving the turn and closed well late but was too late. ENGLISH DADDY tracked the winner and was two to three wide on the turn and was slowly gaining in the final furlong but needed more. CHARTED MAP chased the pace on the inside and lacked the needed bid while racing evenly. ISLAND DREAM GIRL broke in the air at the start, then was hustled on the outside and was four wide on the turn and weakened. SCOTT TWENTYTWO was settled on the inside and had no rally. RIDGE WARRIOR was bumped at the break, chased the pace in between rivals early, dropped back three wide on the turn and was empty. This race had a timing discrepancy or malfunction and was re-timed using video technology to arrive at the most accurate time.
