Chart notes
FORT WASHINGTON saved ground well back, swung out in upper stretch, continued on the left lead, closed outside and was up in the final strides. MAJOR DUDE tracked the pace from the rail, took a narrow lead in upper stretch, dueled inside foes, drifted out under left-handed urging and just missed in a game try. SILENT HEART prompted the pace from the rail around the first turn, angled out nearing the far turn, bid in the four path nearing the quarter pole, dueled between foes, drifted out and bumped IRISH ACES in deep stretch and just missed. IRISH ACES saved ground off the pace, advanced in the two path around the far turn, angled out in upper stretch, rallied through the lane and was bumped and in tight in deep stretch. PAROS chased the pace two and three wide and faded in the drive. STANLEY HOUSE set the pace in the two path, bore out near the quarter pole and was eased in the lane. OMNI KING was outrun while racing three and four wide. THE STEWARDS CONDUCTED AN INQUIRY INTO THE STRETCH RUN AND FOUND NO REASON TO ALTER THE ORGINAL ORDER OF FINISH.
