Chart notes
DECADENT last away, raced unhurried up the backstretch, asked for some run midway on the final turn, came four wide for the drive, finished with good energy down the middle of the strip to win clear. LEGAL EMPRESS forwardly placed and three wide first turn, chased the leader the middle half, moved on that one inside the winner and between horses nearing midstretch, lugged in when challenging, proved no match late, held the place late. KINZIE QUEEN void of any early speed,advanced three wide and inside the winner exiting the final turn, in some traffic as that foe was clear on the outside midstretch, split foes, closing the gap on the runner up late while also no match for the winner. KENTUCKY SMOKESHOW took command soon after the start, set a pressured pace early, got clear in the run up the backstretch, continued to hold a daylight advantage through the final turn and upper stretch, weakened when headed with just less than a furlong remaining. ADEERA went one paced throughout while racing off the inside. PRINCESS EM TOO in hand while in traffic first turn just off the pace, continued to race forwardly up the backstretch, three wide final turn, had little left for the stretch run. BOUTWELL TIME failed to menace while racing toward the inside. IN AWE OF JUJU pressed along the inside early, steadily faded. PER RULING ECM2025-75 FROM THE HORSERACING INTEGRITY AND SAFETY UNIT, LEGAL EMPRESS HAS BEEN DISQUALIFIED FROM SECOND TO UNPLACED FOR POSITIVE TEST.
