Chart notes
VALENTINIAN was well rated two to three wide, made a three wide move on the far turn to vie for command by the five sixteenths and led by the quarter pole, then kicked away in the lane under a mild drive to prove best. LAST MAN STANDING was off slowly, then had an outside pursuit on the backstretch and made a four wide move on the far turn but could not keep pace with her barn mate while being clear second best. VIRAGE was well placed along the inside to the quarter pole and shifted out four wide to come into the lane four wide and lugged in by the furlong marker and could not gain on the top two wide besting the rest. NEOTERIC set the pace on the inside and was headed by the five sixteenths and weakened in the lane. PERSISTEN was four to three wide into the first turn, settled and was three wide on the far turn and had no rally. WILD CONQUEROR was off a step slow, advanced on the inside on the backstretch but fell back on the far turn and had no rally. PEAK PERFORMER prompted the pace two wide and was in between rivals by the five sixteenths and tired.
