Chart notes
DILGER (IRE) tracked the leader up the backstretch, challenged from the three path coming around the turn and kicked clear in the final furlong. GREAT LILO led the way up the backstretch, navigated the turn from the two path, dueled in upper stretch, was caught late and chased on to the finish while drifting some. BEASTLY SPEED chased the leader early, saved ground around the bend and was outkicked in the lane but kept on to the wire. CON COMPANIA (CHI) raced in the middle of the pack through the opening quarter, navigated the turn from the four path and showed no kick. PAY ZONE reared up high leaving the gate, causing his rider to loose a stirrup in the process, trailed the field up the backstretch, saved ground around the bend and made no bid. HAVE A SOUPER DAY stumbled at the start, raced off the pace early, came around the bend in the four path and was empty from there. A STEWARDS INQUIRY WAS MADE INTO THE START. UPON REVIEW, IT WAS DETERMINED THAT ALL HORSES HAD A FAIR BEGINNING AND NO CHANGES WERE MADE TO THE ORDER OF FINISH.
