Chart notes
GOLDEN GIRL LENA vied outside a rival, gained a slim lead mid turn, turned away an outside threat entering the stretch, kicked away under a drive in mid stretch and held firm while kept alert. ON A PROUD NOTE edged up off the rail and stalked the duelers, bid three deep after a half, failed to quicken with the winner but stayed on willingly to be clearly second best. BORN CHARMER was hard sent to gain a slim early advantage, dueled to the inside of the winner into and around the turn, fought on to upper stretch then weakened through the final furlong. NOEL'S DREAM , well placed stalking the contested pace, saved ground mid turn, eased out in the final furlong but came up empty. MARGO'S MARGARITA broke a bit slow, raced off the duel while saving ground early on,, was under a ride mid turn and failed to respond. BEHIND SCHEDULE , between foes early on, was not a factor. MORE BUBBLES , three deep with some early chase, dropped back around the turn.
