Chart notes
NEON NIGHTS narrowly showed the way through the first turn off the inside, continued to set a pressured pace the middle half mile, shook clear nearing the furlong grounds, enough left to withstand a late run from the runner up. DJANGO off a step slow, raced back in trailing early, began to advance toward the inside second turn, idled in the two path late in the final turn, dropped inside upper stretch, steadily gaining up the rail. BRAVE BLEND within striking distance while racing off the inside, three to four wide turning for home, lacked a serious closing kick. STELLAR VINO in the second flight inside, shifted out to the two path early in the final turn, steered out a bit more to be three wide into the lane while floaing BRAVE BLEND out a bit, outkicked by that rival for the show. ULTIMATE STRIKE turned in an even effort while racing off the inside throughout. RIVALRY pressed the winner from along the inside, began to falter late in the final turn. MONEYSHOT stopped after a half, fell far back, jogged in.
