Chart notes
MISS TAPTRESS stalked up close from outside racing mostly three to four wide throughout, struck the lead in mid-stretch, moved clear then held under steady but moderate urging. CLASSY DISPOSITION was checked early when leaving the chute, settled toward the rear near but off the rail, advanced on the far turn, cut the corner turning into upper stretch then had to angle out for room, was six wide past the furlong marker with aim, couldn't reach the winner. SHAKREVENGE was forwardly-positioned outside four wide early, raced just off the leader three deep on the far turn, made a mild brief bid in upper- to mid-stretch but was outkicked. THREE RUN BOLT settled off the pace two to three wide early, was forced outside foes four to five deep through the far turn swinging six wide into upper stretch, was no match for the top three but best of the rest. UDIDN'TPAY moved clear, set the pace from off the rail, weakened. COMPASS RISES was outpaced racing outside foes, was encouraged along three furlongs out, failed to menace. SHAMU lacked early speed trailing the field, swung wide turning for home and passed some tired rivals. CLASSY LIL BETTY was a bit keen early racing up close and just off the leader from the outside, dropped back and faded. D CITY GIRL tracked up close racing inside on or just off the fence, came up empty. UTOPIA ROSE bumped with a foe early, saved ground, was not a threat.
