Chart notes
CHARGE NURSE dueled for the lead two wide then inside rivals to the three furlong marker, dropped back a bit, came on again under relentless right handed urging through deep stretch and proved best by a narrow margin while fully extended. A NEW PEACE pressed the pace four then three wide, made the lead entering the far turn, drew clear before the quarter pole, drifted out to the seven path entering the stretch, maintained a narrow lead while drifting into the four path inside the furlong marker and was caught in the final stages. SPECIAL BEACH never far back, swung wide and was steadily gaining on the top pair while three wide under an energetic hand ride. PRINCESSOFTHENORTH failed to menace. SHE'S SO BEARRISH dueled for the lead three then two wide into the far bend then weakened in the stretch. Q BOND was outrun. SHEWEARSMYRING was no factor. PER HISA RULING DATED 03/05/2025, CHARGE NURSE WAS DQ'D FOR A WHIP VIOLATION.
