Chart notes
MIAMI FRANK raced off the pace five wide, angled to the rail nearing the sixteenth pole, seized command nearing that pole and drew off under left-handed urging. HELLO JELLO bumped at the start, pressed the pace two wide, took the lead nearing the quarter pole, continued on the left lead in the lane, led to the sixteenth marker and held clear of the rest. GETTIN' THERE raced off the pace two and three wide and was along for the show. OLD MARSH saved ground and failed to menace. DRACULA bumped at the start, chased the pace three wide and faded in the lane. REFINED HONOR played no factor while racing two wide around the turn and swinging five wide in midstretch. LOUD APPLAUSE set the pace along the rail and retreated after a half.
