Chart notes
AWESOME ACCOUNT set a contested pace in the two path and kicked on to inch clear down the stretch. GEEBEESBIGBOY prompted the pace in the six path, was ridden four wide around the turn, floated back out to the six path entering the stretch, and ran on to be second best. RAPPING RUMOR raced up close in the five path, was driven between foes while three wide around the turn, floated back out to the five path at the top of the lane, but was one paced on his left lead. RINGO bumped with an inner foe at the start, pressed the pace in the four path, was ridden between foes while two wide around the turn, swung back out to the four path entering the stretch, but flattened on his left lead. SAPELLO RIDDLER bumped with an outer foe at the start, dropped wellback in the three path and never menaced. UNDERNUMBERED refused to leave the starting gate and walked off. NO CHANGES WERE MADE AFTER THE STEWARDS HELD AN INQUIRY TO MAKE SURE UNDERNUMBERED HAD A FAIR START.
