LITE RANCHIN KID broke alertly to make the early lead, set the pace off the rail, went clear on the turn, remained on his left lead in the stretch and held sway under steady handling. MEANT FOR ME showed speed, saved ground on the turn and gamely chased the winner. STRENGTH OF AUTISM bumped with PIRATE RED soon after the break, stayed along the inner rail on the turn and rallied. SMILING GOODBYE , four wide leaving the backstretch, floated six deep leaving the turn and had mild rally outside foes. MIDNIGHT FURY chased the pace, was four wide on the turn and leveled off the in stretch. PIRATE RED , fractious behind the starting gate, bumped with STRENGTH OF AUTISM soon after the start, chased pace along the rail and weakened. TOM BOMBADIL , under urging soon after the start, chased the pace between hoses around the turn and weakened.
