Chart notes
FROSTY SHOP disputed the pace three wide, came in near the quarter pole and dug in through the stretch to hold the lead. STAR OF THE BEAST dueled two wide between foes, checked near the quarter pole then re-rallied inside to just miss. OUR LEGAL TENDER raced off the pace three and four wide, continued on the left lead in the lane and ran on for the show. BULLET BLUES raced off the pace two wide, checked near the quarter pole, swung five wide in upper stretch and had a mild rally. STEELER MISCHIEF set a pressured pace along the rail and weakened in the drive. FOLLOWING AN INQUIRY AND AN OBJECTION LODGED BY THE RIDER OF STAR OF THE BEAST AGAINST FROSTY SHOP, THE STEWARDS DISQUALIFIED FROSTY SHOP FROM FIRST AND PLACED HIM SECOND FOR INTERFERENCE NEAR THE QUARTER POLE.
