Chart notes
PLAYING FIELD never far back, tracked three to four wide at the quarter marker, rallied nicely in the lane then drove clear. LATIGO ELLIS dueled pace outside, bid turn, led into stretch, outfinished deep stretch, held for place. STORMIN ATTILA dueled pace inside, stubborn into stretch, outfinished, clear third. KING BRYCE step slow at the start, chased inside then lacked a final kick. MICKEYS GOLD chased the pace two wide and between runners then could not muster a late rally. REAL PENNY settled early, caught a bit in tight at the quarter pole while behind runners, angled out at the furlong marker and offered a mild rally. TATAS JOE MARK chased four wide to the turn, no threat in the lane. JAZZ TOWN lacked early speed, raced outside of runners to the turn, chased five to six wide into the stretch and was not a factor. This race had a timing discrepancy or malfunction and was re-timed using video technology to arrive at the most accurate time.
