NATIONAL IDENTITY six then five paths off the inside down the backstretch in close aim of the leader, tucked three wide into the turn and advanced on that rival to duel from midway widening away as a pair from the rest, took over narrow command swinging four to five wide into upper stretch, got carried out as MO PLEX came out to his inside two to three paths from the three-sixteenths to the eighth pole, dug in under a right handed crop and came inwards taking back those two paths and making light contact outside the sixteenth marker, dug in gamely to the finish and was nailed in the very last jump to the end. RESILIENT HERO got bumped at the start by CORVUS, chased five then three wide under a ride from half a mile out, angled six to seven wide into upper stretch and made no impact. GIVEMEMYTHEMEMUSIC broke in at the start, dueled from the two path early on with MO PLEX, then tucked inside and vied inside a trio briefly before chasing along the inside through the turn, got ridden along at the three-eighths pole, spun just off the inside into upper stretch and faltered.
