YODA WINNER was shuffled back at the start then immediately put into a drive, trailed the field to the turn, split horses in the two path near the five-sixteenths pole while starting a bid, went five wide into the stretch and produced a furious rally under strong handling and steady urging and was just up in time. EDGE CHASER stalked three wide, launched a bid for the lead leaving the three furlong marker, took a clear lead in upper stretch was pulling away in mid-stretch but was nailed on the wire by the winner. LOVE ME SOME CANDY was last going into the turn, came six wide into the stretch and produced a strong rally in the middle of the track but came up short. COWGIRL DREAM was close up four wide going into the turn then drooped back, angled to the inside for the run through the turn the swung five wide into the stretch and finished with good energy but was out-kicked in the final yards. MOON CRATER settled in the middle of the pack towards the inside, advanced on the turn under a drive, avoided the incident at the eighth pole and finished well under steady urging. CHICA COMPETITIVA raced up close to the leaders but five wide, was making a rally from the quarter pole under a steady drive then ducked in at the eighth pole causing putting CLARISIT and TRUE CHIEF in tight quarters and lost all chance at that point. GAB'S HUMOR was allowed to settle from the break and dropped far behind early, angled over to the inside and saved ground through the turn, was making a mild rally in the stretch when forced to alter course near the furlong pole then finished evenly. THOUSAND ANGELS outrun from the break, trailed far behind to the stretch then passed a few tired ones in the late stages. JUST TICKLED was sent hard from the break, settled just behind TRUE CHIEF early, started to drop back on the turn, and was not a factor in the stretch. CLARISIT broke well and was first to the lead but quickly overtaken, tracked close up between horses, got put in tight near the furlong pole, lost momentum and could not recover. TRUE CHIEF hustled to the lead from the inside, led to the quarter pole then gave way readily. SEEKING SECRETS was hard to load, raced four wide to the stretch and stopped. #10 SEEKING SECRETS WAS VETTED AFTER THE FINISH, FOUND TO HAVE BLED FROM THE NOSTRILS AND WAS TRANSPORTED OFF THE TRACK IN THE EQUINE AMBULANCE. THERE WAS A STEWARDS INQUIRY INTO THE STRETCH RUN. AFTER A REVIEW NO ACTION WAS TAKEN.
