Chart notes
SAINT GOAR chased the pace from the five path into the stretch, responded readily when set down under right handed urging, drifted into the three path at the furlong marker, the rider switched to left handed urging, made the lead lead and edged clear under strong handling. THOUGHTTHATCOUNTS allowed to settle four wide, angled in two wide nearing the top of the stretch, rallied to gain a narrow advantage near the furlong marker then couldn't handle the winner. INSIDE STUNT stalked the early pace, improved three wide then along the inside into the stretch and was outfinished. LORD OF MISCHIEF settled two wide into the turn, was in tight causing his rider to check near the quarter pole then finished evenly. JOKEMEISTER sprinted to a clear lead in the four path soon after the start, set the pace off the rail into the stretch then weakened. CHIPOFFTHEOLDBLOCK settled inside rivals, checked along the rail when in tight past the five sixteenths pole then dropped back. COLLECTORATE trailed. THE RIDER OF LORD OF MISCHIEF LODGED A CLAIM OF FOUL AGAINST THE RIDERS OF THOUGHTTHATCOUNTS AND INSIDE STUNT FOR ALLEGED INTERFERENCE ON THE TURN. AFTER REVIEW THE STEWARDS UPHELD THE ORIGINAL ORDER OF FINISH.
