Chart notes
DUBRONSKY broke alertly and was sent to the early lead, set a decent pace while off of the rail nearing the quarter marker, met the bid of BAJA BOOGIE into upper stretch, battled that rival to the final sixteenth then repelled that foe and edged clear late to prove best. PLEASE THE COURT rated off of the early pace while never far back, chased two to three wide along the turn, angled four wide for the stretch drive, re-rallied into the final sixteenth, could not reel in the winner into deep stretch but got up in time to secure the place. BAJA BOOGIE rushed up between rivals in the early stages, chased three wide to the quarter marker, bid into upper stretch and battled to the final sixteenth, was repelled into deep stretch and was caught late for the place, while well clear of the rest for the show. BIG EVENT tracked the early pace from the inside, was well placed to the quarter pole, could not keep pace in the lane and tired in the final furlong. BIG MAC DADDY a step slow to begin, lacked early speed and trailed to the turn, swung six wide for the stretch drive and failed to threaten late. WIND RIVER chased the early pace from outside of rivals, ran in pursuit four to five wide into upper stretch then gave way.
