PRETTY PEPPY tracked the early pace from outside of runners, went up and pressed the pace two to three wide nearing the quarter pole, battled LIL MISS CASSIE into the stretch, dueled to the final sixteenth and determinedly prevailed. LIL MISS CASSIE broke alertly and assumed early command, set the pace into the turn then was engaged by PRETTY PEPPY into the bend, battled that rival into the stretch then gamely dueled to the final sixteenth, was bested in deep stretch and was well clear of the rest for the place. I GET STORMED shuffled back early on while in tight, chased two wide into upper stretch, could not impact the top pair late and outfinished the rest to earn the show honors. RAISE OUR FLAG shuffled back early on while in tight, chased four to five wide into upper stretch then was outfinished for third. E BAR SCOUT chased from the inside then gave way in the stretch. STORMY DAME close up in the early going, chased two to three wide to the quarter pole then lacked a response in the stretch. SHOULDABEENACOWGAL was void of early speed and trailed throughout. This race had a timing discrepancy or malfunction and was re-timed using video technology to arrive at the most accurate time.
