Chart notes
TWIRLING BEAUTY disputed the pace on the outside then in the two path on the turn, moved clear near the five-sixteenths pole then dropped to the rail, was put to a drive near the quarter-pole, remained on her inside lead while put to a right-handed crop in upper stretch, was switched to a left-handed crop outside the sixteenth-pole, continued on her inside lead to the finish and just held under strong urging. DECREE AND DECLARE was urged along near the back, dropped further off the pace early on the turn, went around that bend in the two path, was driven into the stretch in the three path, gained into the final furlong, altered out behind horses outside the sixteenth-pole, swapped back to her inside lead in the process and finished fast but was too late and just missed while clear for the place. I'M VERY SWEET settled on the outside, was roused leaving the backstretch, traveled around the turn in the four path, turned into upper stretch under a drive and finished willingly for the show. CAHIRA'S SONG was hustled from the gate, chased the leading duo on the outside of those foes, raced in the three path on the turn, was driven into the stretch in the four path and lacked the needed kick. SHE'S COMPLICATED settled on the inside, was urged along late on the backstretch, saved ground on the turn, came off the rail near the three-sixteenth pole and lacked the needed response. ELEMIAH disputed the pace on the inside of an opponent, vied along the rail on the turn, dropped back near the five-sixteenths pole then moved to the two path, spun into upper stretch in the three path and tired.
