Chart notes
BIG CELEBRATION broke alertly then prompted the early pace from the outside, was three wide on the turn, moved up and challenged outside UFFDA a quarter-mile out, gained slim lead while coming in, was confronted by CHEEKY GAL, briefly lost lead past sixteenth marker but fought back gamely and poked her nose in front in final strides to prevail. CHEEKY GAL forced the pace from along the rail, dropped back some around the turn, continued to hug the rail into the lane, re-rallied, poked her nose in front past sixteenth pole but could not stave off the winner in final yards. ISABEL LUDLOW was off bit slow, chased along the rail, angled three wide around the turn then rallied from the outside under strong handling and was getting to the top pair late. UFFDA sped top the front, set pace under pressure from both sides, edged away briefly early on the turn, was confronted by the winner passing quarter marker, between rivals in upper stretch then weakened in the drive. SOLID TUNE was antsy in the gate, chased on two path early, dropped back into anbd on the turn and lacked any late response. RYDER'S CANDY chased early from off the rail, remained three wide around the bend and also lacked any late punch.
