Chart notes
FORT SAM dueled on the inside up the backstretch, continued around the turn in the two path and kicked clear in the stretch. SANSONE tracked the leader on the inside up the backstretch, swung out to the four path coming around the turn and improved position in the lane. SNEAK PREVIEW dueled between horses up the backstretch, navigated the bend from the three path and gave way in the lane but chased on to the wire. GOLDEN SWAP bumped lightly with the horse to his outside at the start, raced off the pace on the outside early, came around the turn in the six path and made up some ground in the lane while never truly threatening. LEAN MUSIC MACHINE pressed the pace on the outside up the backstretch, came around the turn in the four path and weakened in the stretch. TAKE THE GOLD bumped mildly with the horse to his outside leaving the gate, settled off the pace on the inside through the opening quarter, saved ground around the bend and made no bid. SOAR RICHARD raced in the middle of the pack on the outside up the backstretch, navigated the bend from the five path and faded in the lane.
