Chart notes
HARTSTEIN set the pace through slow early fraction while under only mild pressure, continued on for hte next half on a well measured lead, opened a clear advantage in upper stretch and held on through the lane to prevail. LITTLE TOY GUNS unhurried for the first half mile to be near the rear of the field, rallied five wide on the far turn and continued to advance through the lane to be gaining on the winner in deep stretch and be up for the place. GIFT OF OAK was caught seven wide into the first turn, settled back to be at the back of the main body of the field, rallied on the final bend splitting rivals leaving the three-eighths pole, angled to the inside for the stretch run and was closing up the fence coming up just short of the top placings. INTO GOLD broke awkwardly to lose positon immediately from the gate, raced up inside rivals on the first turn to be directly behind the pacesetter, was held up from midway on the first turn to just past the five-eighths pole while racing off heels, finally was given space, settling to prompt the pace, made a bid midway on the far turn and came up empty turning for home. TAMMY'S TOY tracked the leaders to the far turn and lacked a closing bid finishing evenly. GOOD MUSIC stalked the pace for a half and faded. MAN'S CHOICE raced eight wide into the first turn, dropped to the rear of the field and was outrun.
