Chart notes
MY CAJUN LADY off a step slow, trailed early on, swung six wide into the upper stretch and surged up late under strong handling. MOANAS POWER vied for the early lead from the inside, dropped back a bit through the far turn, came on again gamely and just missed. TWIZZLE pressed the early leader two deep from the outside and kept on willingly to the wire. SASSY CHARLEE stalked the pace, hard ridden two deep between horses near the quarter pole and had not enough in the drive. LACONIA was off a step slow, challenged from the outside into the far turn, raced four wide near the quarter pole and weakened a bit through the drive. IDEAL BREEZE settled early on, raced four to five wide into the upper stretch and lacked a rally. COMPASS FIRE saved ground and never threatened.
