SOCIAL HOUR was hustled from the gate then strode to the front, dictated terms while inside on the turn, extended the advantage outside the quarter-pole, was roused into upper stretch, drew off into the final furlong, drifted out under a right-handed crop from that point to the finish and proved much the best under steady urging. BOBBY BOB was urged along towards the rear, went around the turn in the four path, was driven into the stretch in the five path, remained on his left lead until inside the three-sixteenths pole then swapped to the proper lead and finished willingly to safely secure the place. HONOR THE BULL was hustled from the gate then chased the pace, dropped back while moving out near the nine-sixteenths pole, traveled around the turn in the three path, spun into the stretch in the four path under a left-handed crop, drifted out outside the furlong marker, remained on his inside lead in the drive and lacked the needed response while clear for the show. JOKER ON FIRE was hustled from the gate, chased the pace on the outside then in the two path on the turn, spun into the stretch in the three path and tired. DAW SAMAA was urged along off the pace, dropped back with five furlongs to run, saved ground on the turn and failed to threaten.
