BLAKE B. coaxed from the gate, chased three wide coming under coaxing at the three-eighths pole, angled out six wide into upper stretch, rallied to take command just outside the eighth pole, then went clear under a drive to prevail. PERSISTENT DANGER seven paths off the inside down the backstretch, tucked four wide through the turn coming under encouragement at the three-eighths, tipped five wide into upper stretch, proved no match for the top one while keeping on to garner the place honors. BRONX BOMBER struck the off side stall at the start, chased five then four wide under a ride from three furlongs out, went eight wide into upper stretch, offered up a mild kick. PERFECT FLIGHT chased just off the inside and then along the inside coaxed along from midway on the turn, went seven to eight wide into upper stretch, offered up a mild bid. FUNNY JOKE struck the off side stall at the start, vied inside a pair three then two wide down the backstretch before tucking to the rail through the turn, came under coaxing at the five-sixteenths, spun just off the inside into upper stretch, dug in prominent to the eighth pole, then weakened in the late stages. KHAFRE coaxed from the start, chased just off the inside under a ride from the three-eighths marker, angled four wide into upper stretch, weakened in the late going. GUN MAESTRO chased along the inside coming under urging three furlongs from home, continued in the inside route into upper stretch, weakened in the final furlong. COLLECTED SPECIAL coaxed from the gate, vied six paths off the inside down the backstretch with a pair of rivals to his inside, tucked three wide through the turn, went four wide into upper stretch and weakened. FLOWING RIVER coaxed from the start, chased four then three wide coming under coaxing at the three-eighths, angled five wide into upper stretch, weakened in the drive.
