Chart notes
GLOBAL PRIDE tracked the pace racing two-wide, angled out to come three-wide into the stretch and responded when asked to prevail narrowly. HARPES HILL was allowed to settle early, rallied four-wide into the stretch and finished fast. BOBBY TWO SHOT'S was forwardly placed while racing three-wide, came five-wide into the stretch and finished strongly. MALIBU BRAD was unhurried early while racing two-wide, swung out to be six-wide into the stretch and rallied late. FINDAWAY vied with TRIPLE TREA for the lead from along the inside, continued to dispute the issue to deep stretch and weakened slightly late. CRIMINAL DEFENSE saved ground while racing in the back of the field, angled out to be eight-wide nearing the eighth pole and gained his best stride too late. SUMMER IN AIKEN was allowed to settle while racing two-wide and failed to seriously threaten. TRIPLE TREA vied with FINDAWAY for the lead to the stretch and tired.
