Chart notes
PUTT FOR DOUGH pressed the pace from outside, took over while dueling around the far turn, put away inner rival at the top of the stretch, led clear into the final sixteenth, grew weary late but was able to hold safely. GOD'S FAVOR unhurried in the beginning along the inside then in the two path on the first turn, advanced outside a pair of rivals on the far turn, finished full of run down the lane but ran out of ground. NALA showed the way early under pressure from PUTT FOR DOUGH to the outside, maintained a short lead up the backstretch, lost the advantage dueling on the far turn, yielded to the winner at the top of the lane and flattened to a clear third. MISTY DANCER stalked from inside to the far turn, lost ground through the far turn and weakened in the drive. TIMELY LUCK tracked outside MISTY DANCER through the opening stages, fell out of range on the second bend and tired down the lane. AMELIA BLEU raced outside a rival in the two then three path early, trailed four wide into the second bend, angled down to the rail, entered the lane in the two path, was eased in the drive and walked off.
