CAJUN JOE chased three deep leaving the quarter pole, drew even with the front runner leaving the sixteenth pole, fully extended under a serious drive dove clear under the wire. STELLARS IN CHARGE quick start, put ELLIE'S BOYFRIEND in tight quarters nearing the three eighths marker, kicked clear into the lane, collared by outside rival leaving the sixteenth pole, held on late for the place. ELLIE'S BOYFRIEND vied inside, in tight quarters leaving the three eighths marker, lost ground into the turn, recovered rallied willingly while racing on the wrong lead through the stretch. ON THE COME UP broke slow chased inside, off rail upper, closed in willingly. EL DE CHIREL raced off the pace inside, rail bid into the lane, improved position through the wire. PORK CHOP PETE chased off the rail leaving the quarter pole, under pressure leaving the furlong marker, had no late kick. OPTIMISTIC NATE chased three wide around the turn, came up empty. JUBA BOUND slow start, never fired.
