Chart notes
REDLINE saved ground while racing in the back of the field early, rallied two-wide into the stretch, split rivals leaving the eighth pole and was up in the final sixteenth to win going away. RUGGS saved ground while being allowed to settle, slipped through during the drive and finished strongly for the place. PRAYER OF JABEZ prompted the pace while racing three-wide, was five-wide entering the stretch and finished well for third in a steady effort. PLANE TALK vied for the lead with COASTAL JAZZ from along the inside, drifted out to be three-wide entering the stretch and weakened. PERFECT DUDE saved ground while being reserved off the pace and failed to seriously threaten. BRIDLEUPTOTHEBAR raced four-wide on the turn while being unhurried, came five-wide into the stretch and failed to menace. COASTAL JAZZ vied wit PLANE TALK for the lead to near the stretch while two-wide and tired. TAPATIO LEO gave way after showing brief speed from between horses.
