Chart notes
NATIONAL DIAMOND made the lead soon after the start, set the pace and widened at will through the stretch to win as much the best while taken in hand late. NO TWOWAYSABOUTIT allowed to settle, rallied three wide through the stretch and finished clear for second. POWER BANKER stalked the pace along the inside, improved position at the head of the lane then leveled off. LADY ABRIL pressured the winner two wide into the stretch then weakened. CITY SIGNS was no factor. DANZA MAGIC allowed to settle, inched closer near the inside before a half mile then came up empty. STATE OF GRACE was through after a half.
