Chart notes
ELODINE broke well and took a slight lead while in hand, turned back all challengers through the turn, opened up in the stretch and won clear. FLATHEAD FINALE was hustled from the start to get forward position but was caught four wide on the turn, was kept in a drive and produced a steady gain down the stretch but could not get to the winner. CUMBERLAND FALLS broke well, vied inside then took up at the seven-sixteenths pole, then became stuck behind horses on the turn, got free turning int the stretch and finished well but was outkicked in the late stages. CALLAS was outrun from the start, dropped far behind but kept to task and beat one to the wire. JOYZELLA was always close up chasing ELODINE through the early stages then tired in mid-stretch.
