Chart notes
OUTA JAIL ON BAIL set the pace under mild pressure through the first turn, widened the advantage to the quarter pole while well in hand, responded when called upon turning for home and held the closer safe in deep stretch. PHOTO HOP reserved off the pace while well in hand down the backside, commenced a rally at the seven-sixteenths pole to be making a steady advance on the turn, was held up midway on the bend waiting for racing room for several jumps, split rivals when the opening appeared and closed well to be gaining with every stride on the winner late. DOMI hesitated at the start giving the field several lengths, raced unhurried down the backstretch and showed good late interest to rally for the show after having been compromised early. LT'S JACKNTHEBOX raced near the rear of the field, circled six wide turning for home and made a belated bid in the lane. C C'S CLEAR CREEK hustled early to be caught five wide into the first turn, prompted the pace down the backside and weakened turning for home. JAY stalked the pace to the far turn and failed to respond when called upon flattening out`. HURRICANE DUDE tracked the leaders from five wide to the final bend and faded coming home. ROYAL DECADENCE went evenly as a non-factor.
