Chart notes
BIG STICK , under urging soon after the break, chased the pace from the three path between horses on the turn, floated four wide in upper stretch, bid for the lead outside REGAL REDWOOD in upper stretch, dueled with that one and determinedly prevailed. REGAL REDWOOD made the early lead, stayed in the three path leaving the backstretch, moved to the two path on the turn, drifted out in upper stretch then gamely battled inside the winner. LEVON advanced along the inner rail leaving the backstretch, remained along the rail there after and flattened out. BLUES RAPPER raced in the two path on the turn, angled wide in upper stretch and had a slight rally. MIDNIGHT KID stalked the pace outside horses down the backstretch, was five deep entering the turn and weakened. PRINCE OTTO chased the pace, raced in the four path leaving the backstretch and on the turn and weakened.
