Chart notes
AMERICAN SMOOTH saved ground to the far turn, came out nearing the lane then angled back in once straightened for home and rallied to run down the leader late. ROCHESTER'S FINEST stalked the leaders three wide to bid in the far turn and move clear then could not hold the winner safe late. WRONG DIRECTION saved ground back off the early pace, rallied in the far turn then continued up the rail in the lane to gain the show late. SCHMOOZE contested the lead inside a rival to the far turn and weakened in the lane. KENHEDOIT stalked the pace from four wide, came five wide into the lane and had no rally. CASPER JUSTICE was on the pace three wide to move clear going up the backstretch but weakened nearing the lane. LETS ROCK N STROLL was not a threat. RANDOM AFFAIR was always back. This race was originally hand timed and was re-timed using video technology to arrive at the most accurate final time.
