Chart notes
LAST GASP set the pace in the two path, built a clear advantage entering the lane, hung on his left lead until the furlong grounds then held sway safely. GOLDEN NOTE vied along the inside early on before switching outside of the pace setter approaching the turn, applied pressure from the three path along with an outer rival around the bend, but proved no match for the leader and was second best. ENTICING OPTION broke a step slow, advanced while shifting outwardly to stalk outside of the top pair and from the four path, but yielded through the lane. GOUVERNATRICE lagged behind along the inside into the turn, then improved position. KATELYN'S MESS chased the main group from the two path and got outrun.
