Chart notes
LITTLE SHANCE made the lead a few strides out of the gate, set all the pace and widened at will through the final furlong to win as his rider pleased. MOR STORMY unhurried early, rallied through the stretch in the seven path and got up for second. RUNAWAY POWER chased the winner three wide, angled inside at the top of the stretch and faded late. A VAN ON THE RUN failed to menace. JERICHO TRUMPET broke slowly, rushed to contention along the inside before a quarter mile, had speed into the turn then was used up. HAPPYCASTLE had good early speed two wide and retreated on the turn.
