Chart notes
HURRICANE NELSON set a pressured pace on the inside and then dueled for command by the quarter pole, roused nearing the three sixteenths once right handed and responded well to shake clear, then was ridden out to prove best. CHROME GHOST bumped slightly at the break, reserved on the inside, two wide by the quarter pole, then finished well on the inside to gain the place award. COMEDY TOWN was well place dearly and drafted behind the leaders on the turn towards the inside, eased out and swung out four wide leaving the turn, finished willingly but was out-kicked for the place award. CLASSIFY chased the pace and was three wide on the turn, came five wide into the lane and moved out farther to have a late rally on the outside. ROUKI pressed the pace and made a two wide bid on the turn to duel for command by the quarter pole, came three wide off the bend and weakened. BIG EFFECT tracked the early pace and then chased the pace four wide on the turn and weakened. MATTINGLY bumped slightly at the break, chased the early pace, saved ground on the far turn and weakened. FORTYSIXCOUNTS was settled on the outside, five wide on the turn and was not a factor. CAJUN GEM pressed the pace on the outside, three wide on the turn and was injured by the five sixteenths and pulled up, loaded on to the equine ambulance for farther evaluation.
